Album Review: Come Wind - Wanderer O' Wanderer

Welcome back to Melodyhunt! The band I'm reviewing this week is a rare breed indeed, a progressive rock band that sounds amazing. “Come Wind” hails from Canton, Ohio and released the album “Wanderer O’ Wanderer” on July 19th,2010. This group banded together to bring youheartfelt vocals and excellent music wrapped into one neat little bundle. It’s hard to believe how much 4 people can achieve with a little bit of talent and lots of determination. The band members include Nick on vocals Tal on bass Ben on drums and Aaron on guitar. As far as comparing the music to popular bands
I’m at a crossroads because the sound is so original. The vocals pop out like Matt Bellamy of
“Muse”, the rhythm is like a mixture of “Bush” meets “Sublime”. Check it out with the media player below.

Bricks- You ever wake up and feel like something is weighing you down like you don’t want to get up? This song is about exactly that and how god gives you strength no matter how big your burden may be. And will take that burden away.

Midas- Now if your scratching your head wondering why I had “Sublime” down as a band too reference for the way “Come Wind” sounds. This track is your answer and the reason why you need to give these guys a listen.
